Single-row deep groove ball bearings accept radial and axial forces and can therefore be used in a wide range of applications. They have a simple design, are self-retaining, suitable for high up to very high speeds, robust in operation and maintenance, and offered at a very favourable price. Due to these characteristics they are the most widely used rolling bearings.
The standard version of deep groove ball bearings is provided with a recess for inserting sealing and/or shield discs. The only exception is the 160.. series, which can only be supplied without seals or shields (exception: 16006.2ZR).
- Open, ZR (metal shield) and RSR (rubber seal) versions
- Suitable for high and very high speeds
- Low friction, quiet running
